COVID-19: How Kennametal is responding

Kennametal Inc. today announced the signing of a $500 million amended and restated revolving credit agreement. This syndicated bank financing has a five-year term with significant improvements in terms and conditions relative to its 2002 agreement reflecting Kennametal's improved credit profile. It will be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance the company's revolving credit facility that was scheduled to mature in June 2005.

Bank of America acted as co-lead arranger and will be the administrative agent for the transaction. Key Bank and National City Bank were co-lead arrangers and co-syndication agents. JPMorgan Chase Bank and PNC BANK, National Association completed the agent group in their capacity as co- documentation agents.
